Sibug-Sibug Festival Celebrated during Foundation Day of the province of Sibugay The festival promotes Sibugay's no. 1 product - the oyster (talaba). The “Talaba Longest Grill” was part of the two-week long Festival held in its capital town Ipil that attracted visitors and spectators from different parts of the country. It is the main feature of the festival which vies for Guinness Record of “World’s Longest Talaba Grill”.
